Yes. Your budget can increase after the preliminary budget stage if you choose to add scope, request additional features, or select higher-end finishes and products. We will never spend your money or make changes without discussing it with you first and receiving your approval.

Yes! You’ll be involved in design decisions throughout the entire process.

From the beginning, we work closely with you to understand your goals, style, and how you want your space to function. As the design develops, we’ll share concepts, review options together, and guide you through key selections so everything aligns with your vision and budget.

You’ll always have the opportunity to give input and approve decisions along the way — we’re here to lead the process, but your home will always reflect you.

Yes — changes can still be made after design and construction have started.

Depending on what stage we’re in, we’ll review the request with you, explain what’s possible, and outline any costs or timeline impacts before moving forward. We always make sure you’re fully informed so you can decide how you’d like to proceed.

It depends on the scope of your project!

Every build is different, and timelines can vary based on size, complexity, design details, and permitting. In general, we work with clients on projects that can take anywhere from 3 months to 12+ months from start to finish.

Your main point of contact throughout the project will be your assigned Project Manager, alongside the remainder of our team.

You’ll meet them in person, and they’ll be available to communicate with you regularly throughout the build. They manage all on-site activity, coordinate trades, provide estimates, and keep you informed every step of the way so you always know what’s happening with your project.

You’ll receive updates regularly throughout your project.

We provide daily logs through our project platform, Buildertrend, so you can see what work was completed each day — including photos and key details. We also share weekly summary updates to keep you informed on progress, what’s coming next, and overall project direction.

Everything is easy to follow, and can be viewed as simply as receiving a push notification right to your phone.

Initial project inquiries will begin over email.

Once your service agreement is signed, we create a personalized WhatsApp group chat for your project. This chat can include anyone you’d like involved on your end, alongside our team. From there, communication is simple — if you have a question, you can just send us a message anytime and we’ll be right there to support you.

Yes — quality is a top priority for us.

Your designated Project Manager monitors site progress daily and checks each stage of the build as work is completed. Quality inspections happen on an ongoing, daily basis to ensure everything is being completed properly and to our standards.

At the end of the project, we also complete a final walkthrough/delivery inspection with you to review the finished space together and make sure you’re confident and happy with the result.
