DISCOVERY MEETING

SITE VISIT

Once we align on your vision, we visit the site together to better understand the space, constraints, and opportunities. This allows us to assess existing conditions, access, zoning considerations, and how your project can best take shape within the environment.

This step ensures that early ideas are grounded.

PRELIMINARY BUDGET

With a clear understanding of your goals and site conditions, we prepare a preliminary budget range and outline the anticipated scope of work. This process allows us to align expectations early, explore options, and work toward clear, fixed pricing prior to construction, before the design process begins.
