This basement renovation began as a way to create a private off-season retreat for their son, but it quickly became so much more. Adding over a thousand square feet of finished space, the lower level was completely reimagined to support family time and entertaining—highlighted by a standout speakeasy that has already become a favourite gathering spot. Having worked together before, this second phase was built on trust, craftsmanship, and a shared vision—transforming the basement into a true extension of the home.
