Working closely with his preferred designer in Los Angeles, we turned what was once a challenging area into a dynamic and functional lower level that perfectly suits how they live and entertain. The renovation features a home theatre, bar, gaming area, and more—creating a space that’s both fun and thoughtfully crafted.
